BISE Lahore will release the SSC Part I result according to the following confirmed schedule:

The official date sheet shows that Class 9 papers ran from 17 April to 8 May. Check the examination type and year carefully because the portal also contains previous results.

The new IBCC grading policy sets the passing threshold at 40 percent from the First Annual Examination 2026 for SSC Part I. This replaces the older 33 percent rule used in previous Lahore Board Class 9 gazettes.

Passing Criteria for Theory and Practical Subjects

A student must pass each subject. One strong paper cannot cancel a deficient one. Under the official scheme, practical examinations for Physics, Chemistry and Biology are conducted after Class 10. The 2026 Part I result should not be described as containing practical marks that were not examined at this stage.

The claim that every 2026 Part I result is out of 550 and Matric is out of 1,100 is outdated. The official 2025 to 2027 scheme allocates 1,200 marks to complete SSC. Part I theory totals vary by group and subject combination, so calculate percentage from the maximum printed on the result card.

In 2025, 314,375 applied, 308,073 appeared and 138,894 passed. Therefore, 169,179 appearing candidates did not clear every required paper. Science passed 111,681 of 235,247 candidates, or 47.47 percent. Humanities passed 27,213 of 72,826, or 37.37 percent.

Paper Rechecking and Second Annual Examination

Rechecking, reappearing and marks improvement are separate processes. Choose the option that matches the status printed on the result rather than relying on a generic “supply exam” claim.

Open the BISE Lahore rechecking system after the result, enter the required candidate details, select the paper and generate the prescribed fee challan. After payment, track the application and attend on the date provided by the board. Rechecking normally verifies totals, transferred marks and whether any answer was left unmarked. It is not a fresh assessment of every answer.

Rechecking Fee, Deadline and Application Status

The latest official Class 9 gazette allows applications within 15 days of the result. The exact 2026 fee should be taken from the live rechecking portal because old per-subject amounts may change. Keep the paid challan and tracking details until the case closes.

Eligibility for the Second Annual Examination 2026

Do not assume that every Class 9 failed paper can be taken in the October SSC Second Annual examination. The existing 2026 admission window opened before the Class 9 result and the official private portal is headed SSC Part II. Wait for a specific Part I eligibility notice or written direction from the school and board.

Admission Schedule for Failed Subjects

No separate post-result Class 9 admission schedule should be published as confirmed until BISE Lahore issues it. A student with a deficient subject should first read the result status, contact the school and check the board notification page. This avoids paying against the wrong examination category.

Marks Improvement and Reappearing Rules

For Class 9, repeating papers, changing a group or seeking readmission may require cancellation or readmission under board rules.
